Your personal data is collected electronically through online participation forms/contact forms/application forms, call centers, our mobile applications, text messages, email channels, and physical environments when you communicate with VA-KO Vagon A.Ş. through conversations and forms.

Based on the legal grounds that it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract;

• Your identity, contact, financial, and customer transaction data for opening sales records and performing invoicing activities,
• Your identity, contact, customer transaction, and financial data for the establishment or performance of the sales contract as a result of your purchase of VA-KO Vagon A.Ş. products and services.
Based on the legal grounds that it is clearly stipulated by law and necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations;
• Your identity, communication, financial, and customer transaction data for the issuance of invoices for goods and services you have purchased within the framework of the Tax Procedure Law,
• Your identity, communication, and customer transaction data for the fulfillment of official institution requests,
• Your identity, communication, and customer transaction data for the provision of information to authorized institutions as required by law,
• Your transaction security data for compliance with the storage obligations stipulated by law,
• Your identity, contact, customer transaction, request, and complaint data for responding to relevant person applications in accordance with the legislation and performing the necessary procedures.
Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person, based on the legal reason that data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller;

• Your identity, contact, customer transaction, request, and complaint data for the necessary work to be carried out by our business units and the execution of related business processes in order to benefit relevant persons from the products and services offered by VA-KO Vagon A.Ş., including the sales and marketing activities of our products and services.

To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data collected for the purposes listed above may be transferred within the scope specified in Article 8 of the Law, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified therein.
• Based on your explicit consent, your identity and contact information may be transferred to VA-KO Vagon A.Ş. by these companies for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages such as advertisements and promotions to your contact information via your preferred communication channel.
• Based on legitimate interests, in order to carry out the necessary work by our business units and execute the relevant business processes to enable relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, including the sale and marketing of our products and services, to our business partners, suppliers, and group companies located within the country,
• Within the scope of what is explicitly stipulated by law and the fulfillment of our legal obligations, to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private individuals.
The Rights of the Relevant Person Listed in Article 11 of the Law
By applying to us, you can request that your personal data be;
a) Learning whether it has been processed or not,
b) Requesting information if it has been processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom it has been transferred within/outside the country,
e) Requesting correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly,
f) Requesting its deletion/destruction in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,
g) Requesting that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be informed of the actions taken in accordance with clauses (e) and (f) above,
h) Objecting to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis conducted exclusively by automated systems,
i) You have the right to request compensation for any damage you may have suffered as a result of the processing of your data in violation of the Law.
In order to exercise your rights, complaints made by Data Subjects whose Personal Data is processed by VA-KO Vagon A.Ş. will be responded to and resolved by VA-KO Vagon A.Ş. within the shortest possible time and no later than 30 days. Data subjects may submit their requests and complaints to VA-KO Vagon A.Ş. in person, provided that their identity is verified, or through a representative, provided that a notarized power of attorney is submitted, via notary channel and secure electronic signature, using registered electronic mail addresses to EPOSTA##EPOSTA##.
